Staying at this hotel was an absolute pleasure. the exclusive amenities provided made our stay very luxurious. the room was spacious, with beautiful decor and exclusive facilities present, which made our trip seem very special. the health club was top-notch, and the indoor swimming pool was one of the best we've seen. the restaurant and bar/lounge area provided a scrumptious range of food and drinks.
the service provided was good but not exceptional.

Easter break was spent at this amazing hotel. the rooms were well, maintained and spotless, and the amenities provided were top, notch. the location was ideal, just a short walk away from a bustling shopping centre. the hotel staff was courteous and went out of their way to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. the breakfast buffet was a crowd, pleaser, with a variety of dishes on offer.
We did have a couple of concerns, though. the heating system in the hotel was not up to the mark, and we found our room to be a little too cold during the evenings.

The room was spacious and well-furnished. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the pastries were fresh. The hotel location was convenient and easily accessible by public transportation.
The hotel's cleanliness was below expectation, with food waste and cigarette ash on the floor, uncleaned sofas, and stained glass windows. there was a lack of hygiene control in the rooms, as evident by the presence of handprints and used bath gels.

The hotel is conveniently located near Decathlon outdoor store in the shopping mall, which is great for travelers looking for hiking gear. the rooms are adequate and have most amenities you'd need. the breakfast buffet was decent and had some fresh baked goods. the staff were fairly helpful and attentive.
The cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms and facilities could be improved.

We had a great stay here! The hotel facilities were excellent, including ample parking and easy transportation. We were impressed with the cleanliness of our room and the hotel in general. The location was ideal, as we were able to easily access the Decathlon outdoor store in the mall nearby. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
Nothing we didn't like to be fair.
